Terms for Salons

1. Scope

These terms apply to salons and professionals using Possa to receive bookings, together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. By registering a salon or claiming an existing profile you accept these terms.

2. Your obligations

• You confirm you are entitled to operate and that the details, prices, hours and photos you publish are accurate and do not infringe anyone's rights.
• You confirm or decline requests promptly and honour confirmed appointments.
• An existing profile can be claimed only after we verify that the requester represents the salon.
• You do not misuse the platform or mislead the public.

3. Subscription and prices

• The subscription is per location (salon), monthly or yearly: 890 / 790 / 690 / 590 MKD per month, or 8,990 / 7,900 / 6,900 / 5,900 MKD per year, by the number of locations of the same owner (1 / 2–4 / 5–9 / 10+).
• Founding, pilot and academy profiles pay no subscription during the agreed period, but count toward the location tier.
• There is no commission per appointment. Payments between you and your clients do not pass through Possa.
• Price changes apply from the next billing period, with at least 30 days' notice.

4. Invoicing and payment

• Payment is by invoice, via bank transfer, in advance for the subscription period.
• An expired subscription does not switch your profile off automatically — you first get a warning in the dashboard and at your contact.

5. Suspension

We may hide or suspend a profile in the case of serious or repeated complaints, false information, platform misuse, or an unpaid subscription after a reasonable grace period. Where possible we contact you first.

6. Client data

For client data received through the platform (name, phone, email, note, appointment history) you are an independent controller under the Law on Personal Data Protection, and Possa is a separate controller for the operation of the platform itself. You use the data only to provide the booked services; you may not use it for marketing without the client's separate consent, nor pass it to third parties. Appointment history is anonymised 3 years after the appointment.

7. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time by writing to kontakt@possa.mk. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period; no refunds are made for a started period. The profile is taken off the public site, and the data follows the Privacy Policy.

8. Final provisions

For anything not covered here, the Terms of Use apply. Changes to these terms are announced on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
