1. Who we are

Possa (possa.mk) is an online platform for finding beauty salons in North Macedonia and booking appointments with them. It is run by the operator of Possa ("we"). Contact: kontakt@possa.mk.

By using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Possa's role

Possa is a software platform for booking appointments online. Possa is not a salon, does not provide beauty services and does not employ the people who provide them. Possa displays salons and independent professionals who use Possa's software to make booking easier.

When you book through Possa, the contract for the service is concluded directly between you and the salon or professional. Possa is not a party to that contract. The price, quality, hygiene, safety, payment method and every other aspect of the service are solely the responsibility of the salon or professional.

  • Every salon and professional using Possa is solely responsible for: the legality of their business, including registration, tax obligations and required permits; the hygiene, safety and quality of their services; and the accuracy of the information on their profile (services, prices, hours, photos). Possa does not verify and does not guarantee that a salon or professional meets the legal requirements for their trade.
  • Profile labels: Possa may show a "Registered salon" label on salons that have provided proof of a registered business, and an "Independent professional" label on the rest. Labels are for information only and are no guarantee of service quality.
  • Complaints: complaints about the service go directly to the salon or professional. Possa can help with communication, but does not decide disputes and does not compensate for damage arising from the service.
  • Possa reserves the right to hide or remove a salon's or professional's profile without prior notice in the case of serious or repeated complaints, false information, or a breach of these terms.

3. Booking

  • You can book without an account — a name and phone number are enough. Email is optional and only used for confirmations and a reminder.
  • A request stays "pending" until the salon confirms it. The salon may decline it; we will let you know.
  • Use real details. Requests with someone else's or made-up details, or mass-blocking of slots, are removed and may lead to restricted access.
  • One phone number can hold at most three upcoming bookings at the same salon.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

  • You can cancel online (via the link in your confirmation or under "My bookings") up to 3 hours before the start. After that, call the salon directly.
  • If you miss a confirmed appointment without cancelling, the salon may record a no-show and decline future requests from you.
  • The salon may cancel or move an appointment (illness, equipment failure). We notify you as soon as the salon records it.

5. Reviews

Only a client with an appointment completed through Possa can leave a review. Reviews are the clients' opinion, not Possa's. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We remove abusive content, other people's personal data, advertising and fake reviews.

6. For salons

  • The salon confirms it is entitled to operate and that the details, prices, hours and photos it publishes are accurate and do not infringe anyone's rights.
  • The salon is an independent controller of the client data it receives through the platform and uses it only to provide the booked services, in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection.
  • The salon confirms or declines requests promptly and honours confirmed appointments.
  • An existing profile can be claimed only after we verify that the requester represents the salon.
  • Pricing and terms for salons are agreed separately. We may change free features with advance notice.
  • We may suspend a profile that breaches these terms or misleads the public.

7. Your obligations

  • Do not misuse the platform: no automated data collection, security probing, or harassment of salons or clients.
  • You are responsible for access to the email address you sign in with.

8. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee it is always available or error-free.

Possa is not liable for damage arising from the service provided by the salon or professional, nor for a missed, cancelled or delayed appointment. Possa's liability is limited to the proper functioning of the software, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

The Possa name, design and software are ours. Content published by salons (photos, descriptions) remains theirs; by publishing it they allow us to display it on the platform.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the effective date is shown above, and we announce material changes on the platform. The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies, and the court in Skopje has jurisdiction, unless consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
