Is it free?
Yes. Booking through Possa costs nothing. You pay the salon directly, at their own prices.
Do I need an account?
No. A name and a phone number are enough. An account only helps if you want all your appointments in one place.
When do I know my appointment is confirmed?
The salon confirms the request. While you wait, the slot is held for you and nobody else can take it.
How do I cancel?
Through “My bookings”, up to 3 hours before the appointment. After that, please call the salon directly.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Only a client with a completed appointment booked through the platform can leave one.
